Wow! I am finally a blogger. I have been reading others blogs for quite awhile now, finally made the leap to create my own.
I am a SAM of two wonderful, beautiful, active boys. We have 2 male cats. I am out numbered in our house!! We have been entertaining the idea of getting a dog for the boys...and I insist that it be a girl.
I decided to create this blog as a way for me to share about my journey through the next years of my life. I was just diagnosed with RA 10 days before my 32nd birthday (dec 23rd). I had a feeling that I might possibly have it. When I got the call confirming that I tested positive, my heart sank. My grandmother has it, and I know some of the struggles she has gone through. Finding out you have an Auto Immune disease was not how I wanted to end 2009 and start the new year off. I have my first appointment with a Rheumotologist on Feb 4th. Right now I really feel like I am in a holding pattern until I see the rheumotologist. I keep asking myself...Should I start changing my diet now? Should I take additional supplements? Should I...??
So I don't go totally nuts and pass out from anxiety I am reminding myself to just put one foot infront of the other....
